We offer a fixed price watch battery replacement-by-post service to all areas of the UK. Started in 1975, we have many, many years experience servicing and repairing watches of all types. Unlike some other businesses, we perform the work ourselves in our own workshop which allows us to offer a fair price up-front, knowing that we have the skills to back up our offer.
How does it work?
- You post your watch to us (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery)
- We inspect it, change the battery and test it for 24 hours
- We contact you for payment, then return the watch to your address
If upon inspecting the watch there are more issues than just a flat battery, we will contact you with a report and estimate for the work needed. If you don’t wish to proceed, we will return the watch to you at only the cost of return postage - we never charge for estimates. If you would like additional work performed on your watch, such as a service, replacement strap or glass we are happy to carry that out - see our services page for an idea of the cost. Depending on the day you post your watch, you should normally receive it back within 7 days.

We recommend the use of Royal Mail "Special Delivery" when sending repairs to us. Please pack all repairs carefully in a padded box (rather than a padded envelope). Please note that the box you send your items in may not be returned, as we use our own posting boxes when we return your items. All repairs will be returned via Special Delivery (at a cost of around £8.00 for a wristwatch) once payment has been received, unless otherwise instructed by you.
